30-day returns and exchanges
We want you to love your fit. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn (except for trying on over underwear), unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, the hygiene liner must be intact.
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free first size exchange
Need a different size? Your first size exchange on an order is free. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
How to start a return
- Email support@sculpie.com with your order number and tell us if you want a refund or a different size.
- We will reply within 1-2 business days with instructions and a US return address. All returns go to our US address, wherever your order shipped from.
- Send the item back using a tracked service. For refunds, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or give a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. After it ships, please use the return process above.
