Your bodysuit should feel snug and supportive, never painful. Two measurements and one minute is all it takes.
How to measure
- Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips: feet together, around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Weight: a quick check if you have no tape measure.
Keep the tape flat and snug, not tight. Measure in inches over underwear.
Size chart (body measurements, inches)

Choosing your size
- Runs small. Go by the chart, not your usual dress size.
- Pick by your waist. The waist is where the bodysuit does the most shaping.
- Between sizes? Size up for a lighter, all-day hold. Choose the smaller size for firmer sculpting.
- The straps adjust for petite to tall frames, and can be worn straight or crossed.
