Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses (APO/FPO) may take longer.

Two warehouses

Each product page shows where the item ships from:

• Ships from US warehouse: processed in 1-2 business days, delivered in about 3-7 business days.
• Ships from our overseas warehouse: ships within 12 hours, delivered in about 8-15 business days.

If your order contains items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package by email.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more.
• Orders under $59: $5.99 flat rate.

Duties and taxes

All import duties are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives. Applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed. Peak seasons, weather and carrier issues can cause delays.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot change an address after the order ships. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can re-send it once the shipping fee is paid.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@sculpie.com with your order number and photos. We will resend or refund your order.
