Your bodysuit should feel snug and supportive, never painful. Two measurements and one minute is all it takes.

How to measure

  • Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: feet together, around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  • Weight: a quick check if you have no tape measure.

Keep the tape flat and snug, not tight. Measure in inches over underwear.

Size chart (body measurements, inches)

M/L 110–138 lb 27–30.5 36.5–40
XL/2XL 138–165 lb 30.5–34 40–43
3XL/4XL 165–198 lb 34–37.5 43–47

Choosing your size

  • Runs small. Go by the chart, not your usual dress size.
  • Pick by your waist. The waist is where the bodysuit does the most shaping.
  • Between sizes? Size up for a lighter, all-day hold. Choose the smaller size for firmer sculpting.
  • The straps adjust for petite to tall frames, and can be worn straight or crossed.
